Nasri Sayegh

Nasri Sayegh is a Lebanese-French multidisciplinary artist, writer, performer, actor, and DJ whose practice moves across photography, video, embroidery, text, sound, and performance. Drawing from intimate, familial, and collective archives, his work explores memory, erasure, war, and the reconstruction of fragmented histories. Through processes of alteration, stitching, and reassembly, Sayegh treats the archive as a living material—one through which absence, amnesia, and resistance can be continually renegotiated. He lives and works between Beirut and Berlin and is a participating artist in the 2026 Biennale of Sydney.
