Write for EIP
We are building our own worlds. Our own platforms and reality. Out of necessity, we burst into creative resistance. Out of survival, we tell our stories, sing our songs, archive our artworks and gather around meals, fires, love, sex and intellectual freedom.
Join us in creating a culture of radical liberation — it takes a global community of contributors.

Editorial Guidelines
Before submitting, please take a little time to read through previously published pieces on Everything Is Political.
We encourage contributors to get a feel for our tone, voice, and politics — we’re drawn to writing that’s grounded, critical, imaginative, and in conversation with liberation movements and lived experiences.
We prioritize stories that move beyond the problem. Your piece should offer not only information or critique, but possibility. Show us resistance, collective action, and the solutions people are building together.
Feel free to include visuals that are integral to your piece. At the very least, a thumbnail image that meets our editorial standards - which you can see by looking at our past work.
As for length, we encourage you to submit pieces that are about 1500 words long, and we don’t publish works beyond 2500 words. Many ideas are best expressed in under 1000 words.
We only accept original, previously unpublished work (no previously posted blog posts please) - with the exception of the occasional book excerpt.
We prioritize works produced by human intelligence, and therefore we do not accept written work generated by AI.
We’re a small editorial team and review each submission with care — thank you for your patience and solidarity as we read through your work.
