My name is Francesco Abi Rached. Born and raised in Lebanon, politics got to know me before I did. From the many wars I have lived since I was born in 2007, and the occupation my country is going through now, politics affect every single aspect of my life. I decided to study political science, in my country, in Beirut, so that I could try to contribute to my dream of liberation and social and environmental justice. We have to be revolutionary optimists and channel our frustration into collective systemic change.
