Defund the Occupation

An Open Letter to CEOs benefitting from Genocide in Palestine

We, the undersigned, are calling on you — Daniel M. Else (Lockheed Martin), Jim Taiclet (RTX Corp), ** Phebe Novakovic** (General Dynamics), Pierfrancesco Vago (MSC / Airbus), Satya Nadella (Microsoft), Andy Jassy (Amazon), Sundar Pichai (Alphabet/Google), Arvind Krishna (IBM), Alexander Karp (Palantir), Tom Mueller (Caterpillar), Bezhalel Machlis (Elbit Systems), Emmanuel Roman (Allianz PIMCO), C.S. Venkatakrishnan (Barclays), Larry Fink (BlackRock), Mike Wirth (Chevron) and Jean-Laurent Bonnafé (BNP Paribas)—to immediately suspend all business and financial ties with the State of Israel.

Your companies and financial institutions are profiting from the surveillance, weaponry, bulldozers, AI systems, and bonds that enable a genocidal military campaign in Gaza, and the further entrenchment of settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories. These actions are not neutral—they are facilitating genocide. Francesca Albanese, UN Special Rapporteur, labeled this system “one of the cruelest genocides in modern history.”

We demand:

  1. Immediate suspension of all arms sales, defense contracts, AI surveillance programs, militarized bulldozer exports, and related services to Israel.

  2. Cessation of financing—including underwriting, bond purchases, and loans—for Israel’s military expenditure.

  3. Full legal and ethical due diligence, with a public audit of your company’s involvement in this crisis.

  4. Support for international sanctions—including an arms embargo and binding trade restrictions.

  5. Public disclosure of your company’s ties to Israeli military infrastructure.

Your moral and financial authority should align with universal human rights—not war profiteering. We ask you to choose humanity over complicity.

We call on everyone—including filmmakers, musicians, athletes, activists, and thought leaders—to add your names. Together, we can shift the narrative, halt the profiteering, and stand unequivocally for Palestinian freedom.
